This simple idea (too simple to call it a recipe!) is perfect for those days when you need a wonderful dinner and an easy plan. Marinade to the rescue!
Mix our Moroccan Lemon Marinade with any meat until it's well coated. Place in the fridge for two hours.
Add olives, onions and either dates, prunes or dried apricots. Then add a little stock and cook slowly until the meat is cooked through.
Serve on couscous with baby spinach!
