We love to serve this flavourful dip on crackers or toast. It's also a lovely quick breakfast or lunch when served by the spoonful with an egg.
2-3 avocados (2-3)
½ red onion, finely sliced
Juice of ½ lemon (or to taste)
A pinch of Savour & Spice Garlic & Mustard Pepper
A pinch of salt
½ tsp of Savour & Spice Mexican Adobo Rub.
Blend all ingredients. Serve on crackers or toast and enjoy!
