Tzatziki Lamb Rub/Dip
Great rubbed into a leg or shoulder of lamb with a little olive oil then left for two hours before slow roasting. Wonderful roasted with tomatoes, lemon, potato chunks and olives with added red wine or chicken stock for extra tastiness! Also great with roasted potatoes, sprinkled through salads or added to natural yogurt for a lovely dip or accompaniment to meats. 90g.
