One of the most ancient cultivated plants with a strong flavour and an almost maple syrup like aroma. Used mostly in Middle Eastern, Turkish and some Indian cuisines, plus chutneys and pickles. Enhance the flavour by toasting in a dry frying pan before use. Fenugreek adds flavour to meat, chicken and vegetable dishes. 40g.
